It is also perfect when vegetables with a lot of volume such as raw spinach or cabbage are used. Fish can be cooked with the steaming lid EasyQuick just like in a steamer. It is also perfect for large amounts of soups and stews that will delight your guests at your next party. The two ergonomic handles with the ceramic heat stopper Thermobloc do not get hot and ensure a stable hold. The handles not only offer you a stable hold but are also ideal lid holders. The lid can be hung on the side of the handle to make seasoning, stirring and turning easier. The pot is easy to clean, dishwasher safe and has a stainless steel lid that closes perfectly. The temperature indicator Visiotherm integrated in the lid knob ensures perfect temperature control at all times.
